✅ Easy Replacements (Damaged / Wrong Product)
- If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we’ll send you a fresh replacement free of cost.
- Just share a short unboxing video (8–10 seconds) at contact@sqcovers.com or WhatsApp us.
- We recommend sending the video within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution (but we accept claims up to 7 days).
- Once approved, we’ll dispatch your replacement within 24-48 hours.
🔁 Refunds (Case-to-Case Basis)
- Since all our products are custom-printed, refunds are not possible for reasons like “changed my mind” or minor design/color variations.
- Still, if you’re genuinely unhappy, you can request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
- If approved, we may ask you to self-ship the item back. Don’t worry, our team will guide you.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the product.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit (so your money never goes to waste).

- Slight color differences may occur due to screen brightness/settings.
- Please check product material & reference images before placing your order.
- Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or modified are not eligible for return/refund.
- Free gifts & promotional items are non-refundable.

- Attach the required video/photos if the product is damaged/wrong.
- Our team will review & respond within 24 working hours with the next steps.
